Goodnight, Gary Stewart

It saddens us to post that the man in charge of some of the world’s most greatest modern club sound systems, Gary Stewart of Gary Stewart Audio, has passed away.

From club Vinyl in NYC to Zouk in Singapore, Gary was one of the few people who really knew how to integrate analog and digital sound that blessed our ears weekly at some of the worlds finest venues. I was fortunate enough to grow up listening to some of the best DJ’s on his sound installations in New York, and in many ways, he has shaped the way I produce today.  He will be truly missed in club land. RIP, Gary, and thank you for bringing us a little paradise while you were here on earth.
